We are so happy that you are loving our online refund dropboxes! We're even happier to be able to offer this to our customers in both Australia and New Zealand. Our New Zealand Refund Dropboxes will be in operation from Tuesday 28th April!
To make online returns as easy and safe as possible, we have placed refund dropboxes at select locations in Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin, Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast and Brisbane. Making a return at one of our dropboxes requires no social contact and takes just 1 – 2 business days to process your refund.
If you’ve tried out our new online refund dropboxes we would love to hear how it went. If you haven’t had the chance to use one yet but would like to know how, here is how it all works.
HOW TO DROP OFF YOUR RETURN
Make sure your items are in a bag. Include your name, phone number, email address and packing slip.
Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all the garment tags, and where applicable hygiene stickers still attached. We can either give you a full refund on the item(s), or exchange them for another style, size or colour that you may prefer. We will refuse returns of items where it's obvious that the above conditions have not been met.
Place your bagged and named item in the online refund dropbox. Our dropboxes are monitored at all times (even if there is not a sales person in store), so not to worry as your product is safe.
HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED
As above, refunds will take 1 – 2 business days to be processed.
A receipt will be emailed to you as soon as the refund has been processed on our end. Dependent on your bank’s timeline, your refund will come through within 1 – 2 business days.
