At Glassons the safety and well-being of our customers and team is extremely important to us and we wanted to update you on what we’re doing as an organisation in light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
Our stores are currently open, and are taking measures to ensure strict cleaning and hygiene practices. To help prevent exposure, if any of our team members feel unwell, we request they remain at home and we encourage our customers to do the same. We have lowered our online shipping fee to be free on orders over $30 for the next week to help support customers making this decision. We have also extended our returns policy from 14 days to 30 days on a permanent basis going forward.
