JUST GOT YOUR ORDER AND WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?

If for any reason you're not happy with any of the items in this package, you can return them by sending them back to our Distribution Centre, or by taking them into one of our stores. You can find all our store details at www.glassons.com/stores.

From receipt of your order you have 30 days for Australia and New Zealand orders (or 31 days for all other countries) to return items with proof of purchase. You will need to comply with our returns polices (see www.glassons.com/faqs/returns) in order for your return to be processed.

If you return the item(s) via courier to our distribution centre, we can only offer you a refund on the item(s). If you wish to exchange any item(s) from your order, you will need to take them into one of our stores.

We are not able to offer exchanges to any customers outside of Australia and New Zealand. For international customers outside of Australia and New Zealand, you will need to return your item(s) for a refund, and place a new order.
