How long will my order take to arrive?
Once you have received an email informing you that your order has been shipped:
New Zealand orders: We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days
Australia orders: We aim to deliver your order within a specific timing for different regions in Australia.
NSW: 1-3 working days, VIC: 2-4 working days, TAS (excluding rural areas): 5-8 working days,
QLD (excluding far North Queensland): 2-4 working days, SA (excluding remote areas): 3-6 working days,
NT: 5-6 working days, WA (excluding remote areas): 6-10 working days.
Glassons.com only sends via a receipted delivery so please make sure you are sending your order to an address where someone will be there to collect within working hours. If no one is there to collect your item then the courier service will leave a calling card with their contact details so that you can arrange to collect your parcel.
Can I get 3 Hour Delivery with Want it Now?

Simply type your postcode or suburb into the pop-up box on the product page and we'll tell you if you're eligible. You need to be available at your chosen delivery address for up to 3 and a half hours after placing your order.
How much does it cost?
For delivery in any of our listed postcodes 3 Hour Delivery is a flat rate of $9.95 on top of your order value.
What product is available for 3 Hour Delivery?
Any product with the 3 Hour Delivery Stopwatch in the corner of its image or on its product page is available for 3 Hour Delivery.
When do I have to order it by?
Orders need to be placed between 8am - 4:00pm on business days (except NSW + National Public Holidays) to allow for processing and delivery.
How do I know when my order will be delivered?
Once your order is received by Glassons.com you will receive a confirmation email, shortly afterwards when the order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. This email will contain a link to the Want It Now website that allows you to track to the minute when your order will arrive.
What if I can't be available to receive my order?

What if the driver cannot find me?
When your order is placed please ensure you enter a phone number that you can be contacted on during the 3 hour delivery window. If you are not at your chosen address when Want It Now attempt delivery of your order, they will call you on this number to help complete their delivery.
When will 3 Hour Delivery be available outside of your current inner Sydney delivery suburbs?
At this stage we are only offering 3 Hour Delivery to selected inner Sydney postcodes. We are looking to extend our offering in the near future to further Sydney postcodes and other AU and NZ main cities.
Can I return swimwear?
Swimwear, Underwear + Earrings purchased online can only be returned or exchanged via our distribution centre not in our stores. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exchange/refund garments provided they have not been worn or washed, and have all of the garment tags and hygiene stickers intact. Please make sure that swimwear is only tried on over your underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
