If you live or work in the following Sydney postcodes you are eligible for 3 Hour Delivery provided by Want It Now.
2000, 2007 to 2008, 2010 to 2012, 2015 to 2029, 2031 to 2050, 2060 to 2062, 2065, 2089, 2130, 2132 to 2134, 2192 to 2194, 2203 to 2209, and 2216 to 2222. Simply type your postcode or suburb into the pop-up box on the product page and we'll tell you if you're eligible. You need to be available at your chosen delivery address for up to 3 and a half hours after placing your order.

How much does it cost?
For delivery in any of our listed postcodes 3 Hour Delivery is a flat rate of $4.95 on top of your order value.

What product is available for 3 Hour Delivery?
Any product with the 3 Hour Delivery Stopwatch in the corner of its image or on it's product page is available for 3 Hour Delivery.

When do I have to order it by?
Orders need to be placed between 8am - 4:00pm on business days (except NSW + National Public Holidays) to allow for processing and delivery.

How do I know when my order will be delivered?
Once your order is received by Glassons.com you will receive a confirmation email, shortly afterwards when the order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. This email will contain a link to the Want It Now website that allows you to track to the minute when your order will arrive.

What if I can’t be available to receive my order?
Please contact our Customer Service Team on 1800 838 448 and they will endeavour to assist you with this

What if the driver cannot find me?
When your order is placed please ensure you enter a phone number that you can be easily contacted on, as if Want It Now cannot locate you, they will attempt to call to help complete the order. In the rare event of delivery failure the order will be returned our Sydney DC and our Customer Service Team will work with you to have your order redelivered.

When will 3 Hour Delivery be available outside of your current inner Sydney delivery suburbs?
At this stage we are only offering 3 Hour Delivery to selected inner Sydney postcodes. We are looking to extend our offering in the near future to further Sydney postcodes and other AU and NZ main cities.

Can I return an online order to a Glassons retail store?
Yes you can return items from an online order at one of our stores (excluding swimwear, underwear and earrings which must be returned to our distribution centre). You can find all our store details here
Can I return swimwear?
Swimwear, Underwear + Earrings purchased online can only be returned or exchanged via our distribution centre not in our stores. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exchange/refund garments provided they have not been worn or washed, and have all of the garment tags and hygiene stickers intact. Please make sure that swimwear is only tried on over your underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
