If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Glassons.com we will happily refund or exchange your purchase providing the goods are in original condition and are returned to Glassons.com within 14 days of the original purchase. We will send out any items which are being exchanged free of charge (NZ Only).

Note: Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges on Australian orders.
All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Glassons.com. We recommend couriering returns so you are able to track your package.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interest of hygiene we are not able to offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, with the exception of items which are faulty. Due to health reasons we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on any makeup purchases so please choose carefully.
New Zealand residents may also return or exchange items at any of our stores nationwide providing the goods are in original condition and returned within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure you take a copy of your Glassons.com receipt as proof of purchase. You will also require the card that was used to purchase the order online.
