    • Can I ship to an overseas address?
      We currently deliver to New Zealand and Australia. Next year we will be offering services to the South Pacific, East Asia, North America, the UK and Europe.
    • Can I track my courier?
      New Zealand orders can be tracked by using the Courier Post Website and entering your tracking number found on your order confirmation email http://www.courierpost.co.nz. Unfortunately tracking is not available for Australian orders, please contact our customer service team by emailing webadmin@glassons.com if you have not received your order within 7 working days.
    • Can you courier to a PO Box?
      No sorry. Preferred delivery, if possible, is a Business address i.e. a place of work.
    • How do I change the delivery address for an order that I have already submitted?
      It is possible to change your delivery address once your order has been submitted provided this hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 0800 Glassons (0800 452 77667) or by emailing webadmin@glassons.com
    • How do I know how much my delivery charges will be?
      We offer a flat rate delivery charge regardless of how many items you purchase – this will be $7 nationwide in New Zealand and $15 nationwide in Australia. All orders are dispatched from our Distribution Centre in New Zealand.
    • How long will my order take to be delivered?
      For New Zealand deliveries please allow up to 3 working days. Australian orders please allow up to 7 working days.
