New Zealand customers can return or exchange item/s purchased online at any of our retail stores providing the garment/s remain in the condition in which they were purchased, and are returned within 14 days of your original order with proof of purchase, with the exception of undamaged sale goods. Items can also be returned/exchanged by sending these to our Distribution Centre at 109 Buchanans Road, Hornby 8042, Christchurch, New Zealand, including a copy of your original receipt with details of the return/exchange.
