Yes, if you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person. If no one is there to collect your item then the courier service will attempt to leave a calling card with their contact details so that you can arrange to collect your parcel.
